SVS Tooling »
- Ten models with bore ranges of 25mm to 183mm and diameter adjustments of 2 µm (1µm on the radius).
- Through-coolant capable when coolant used through the machine spindle.
- Coolant pressure range from 15 to 70 bar, with spindle speed range up to 10,000 rpm depending on model.
Modular Tooling »
- Five models with diameters more than 40,0mm (1.575") can be used for multiple applications and enables simultaneous hole completion.
- Pockets can be easily manufactured with adjustments of 1µm on the radius.
- Through-coolant capable up to 70 bar, with spindle speeds dependent on the diameter to be machined.
SVU 65/92 Tooling »
- Boring head sizes from 71,0mm to 111,0mm and (SVU65) and 10,0mm to 213,0mm (SVU92); radial stroke of 2,5mm (SVU65) and 3,5mm (SVU92).
- Adjustment accuracy is 1µm on the radius, with large diameter range due to boring bars and cartridges.
- Built-in balancing ring, with enabled coolant pressure of 20 bar at 6000 rpm.
SVUBB1 and SVUBB2 »
- Two models, with bore ranges of 4mm to 16,5mm (SVUBB1) and 6mm to 25,5mm (SVUBB2). Four models with bore ranges of 6mm to 326mm.
