James E. Morrison is Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, of Kennametal Inc. In this role, Mr. Morrison oversees all aspects of merger and acquisition activity for the company.

Mr. Morrison joined Kennametal in 1972 in the finance department. He has held a number of analytical and management positions over the years at Kennametal, including Vice President and Treasurer and Manager of Financial Planning. Mr. Morrison has been with Kennametal for 36 years and has extensive experience in global operations, capital structuring, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, business development, and transaction structuring and execution.

Mr. Morrison holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. He and his wife currently reside in Greensburg, Pa.
