Tricon's metallurgists have vast experience in welding, steel production, processing and fabricating, failure analysis, alloy design, and heat treating. In addition, we maintain a fully equipped metallurgical laboratory at our Birmingham, Ala., facility.

Engineering Services

Our staff of detailers and engineers takes your field measurements and converts them to CAD drawings. We generate CNC burning programs from the drawings to ensure precise fit-up during manufacturing.

For load-critical applications, we analyze load patterns, predict stress concentration areas, and design problem areas out prior to manufacturing.
