Tri-Braze
Tri-Braze® plates are available in thicknesses up to 10", widths up to 120", and lengths up to 288". The Tri-Braze chemistry provides excellent weldability.

Super-C
Super-C® is a chromium carbide overlay, wear-resistant plate with a mild steel base for weldability. Tricon's unique cladding process produces a harder, tougher, and more wear resistant surface than plates obtained by other processes.
- Mild steel base plate can be welded, bolted, or studded to existing structures.
- Ideal for severe abrasion and moderate impact applications.
- Maximum carbide concentration and alignment through proprietary process makes Super-C® superior one of the most wear-resistant plates on the market.

Tricon 400 and Tricon 500
Our Tricon 400 and Tricon 500 AR steel plate is a competitive alternative in locations with moderate to severe impact and abrasion.
- Low carbon and sulfur contents / sulfide shape control.
- Excellent toughness and internal cleanliness (A578-96 level C).
- Weldable, using conventional welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, SAW).
- Specifically designed for improved formability and good machinability.
- Tricon 400 is available in standard sizes and can be ordered in thicknesses from 3/16" to 2-1/4".
- Tricon 500 is available in standard sizes and can be ordered in thicknesses from 1/4" to 2".
Tri-Armor IV
Tri-Armor® IV is an alloy steel armor plate designed for these applications:
- Armored bank cars and private armored vehicles.
- Vaults, safe rooms, bullet-resistant shields.
- Firing ranges, bullet traps. and targets.
- Door and rail cars.
- Tested to NIJ or UL specifications.
- Easily formed with excellent weldability.
- Complete test results provided.
- Available in plate thickness: 1/8", 3/16", ¼", 5/16", 3/8", ½".
- Available in dimensions up to 96" x 288".
