CIMT 2009 Tradeshow Is Huge Success

BEIJING, CHINA - Kennametal participated in the CIMT2009 tradeshow from April 6-11, 2009, at China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, China. More than 300,000 visitors attended the six-day event. 

Kennametal staff promoted the company's extensive new Beyond product range and its total solutions and partnership themes. Paul Chen, general manager for MSSG Greater China region, dubbed the event "a huge success". 

The China team presented Kennametal's wide offering of turning, holemaking, milling, and systems tooling to the large crowd that visited the booth each day. 

Popular highlights of the show included technical seminars held over two days. The seminars were booked each day and served a total of 384 customers. Seminar topics included aerospace, railroad, wind energy, and automotive industry tooling solutions.
