What is a Persistent Cart?
Kennametal.com maintains your commerce order (by login ID) in a persistent shopping cart. A persistent shopping cart environment exists once you place an order or add selected items from an order, contract, quote or favorites screen into the shopping cart. This allows you to maintain an ongoing shopping cart until you are ready to complete your order. If, for any reason, you must disconnect or the session expires due to inactivity, the information in your shopping cart will be saved for your next login unless you actively clear or delete the items before you logoff.
