KenFeed™ Solid Carbide Endmills
The KenFeed™ six-flute series of solid carbide end mills offer maximum Metal Removal Rates (MRR) in medium and heat-treated steels up to 67 HRC by taking very shallow-depth cuts at extremely high feed rates. The 3xD neck and the extended-reach design are ideal for a variety of applications including ramping, circular interpolation, 3D profiling, face milling, and pocketing. The proprietary front-end KenFeed geometry is designed to maintain full contact with the workpiece for face milling operations -providing up to 55% engagement compared to regular ball nose-type tooling which only provides 5–10%.
