    Composition: Monolayer PVD AlTiN coated fine-grain carbide with superior surface finish.
    Application: First choice for stainless steel and high-temperature-resistant materials. The coating offers high hardness and excellent wear resistance, as well as enhanced high-temperature properties increasing its applicability also to MQL machining of steel.

    KSEM KCMS15™ HPL snijkanten bieden perfecte resultaten en zeer hoge productiviteit in roestvast staal.
    • De HPL geometrie vormt twee spanen per snijkant voor een ononderbroken, gemakkelijke spaanafvoer. Zeer hoog spaanvolume en betrouwbaar boorproces tot 10 x D maakt HPL de superieure oplossing voor boren in roestvast staal.
    De hardmetaalsoort KCMS15 heeft een hoog Al gehalte TiAlN coating op universeel fijn grain hardmetaal. Zijn excellente oxidatie stabiliteit en taaiheid geeft een hoog niveau slijtageweerstand in austenitisch en ander roestvast staal.
