Features and benefits
- HPS Beyond™ 钻,用于铝材料加工,微量润滑。
- 根据材料类型设计的整体硬质合金钻,极高的表面精度,确保出色的切屑排出性能,避免切屑瘤的形成,即使在微量润滑情况下也是如此。
- 锋利型切削刃确保在铝材料和其它非铁材料加工中有更长的使用寿命。
- HP 钻尖产品通过渐进性前角设计确保高进给加工性能。
- 加大排屑槽设计,确保更好的排屑性能,以及更高的金属去除率。
- 后端加大倒角设计,符合 DIN 69090-3 (用于微量润滑加工的圆柱柄产品),确保冷却液的流动顺畅,并且没有漏泄。
