A first impression goes a long way, and as member of this group, you are largely responsible for that first impression. Our global presence allows you to communicate with people across the world on a daily basis, as well as other Kennametal employees in different departments. Your attitude, timeliness and accuracy will help us achieve our goals and build customer loyalty.
As the voice of Kennametal, you will provide each customer with the products and services they need. You’ll be recognized for your contribution in helping us achieve success and take satisfaction in knowing you have provided highest level of service. We also offer training opportunities to help you grow, while giving you the flexibility to move within departments to fit your needs and talents. As part of the customer service and sales support teams in the U.S., Poland, India, China or any of our other global locations, you will:
- Provide product information
- Complete order entry
- Regulate pricing discrepancies
- Recognize customer issues and find beneficial solutions
