Christopher (Chris) Rossi is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kennametal Inc.
Mr. Rossi joined Kennametal in August of 2017. Prior to his current role, he served as the CEO of Dresser-Rand at Siemens.
Throughout his more than 30 year career at Dresser-Rand Group Inc., its affiliates and predecessor companies, Mr. Rossi held numerous leadership positions including executive vice president of global operations, vice president of technology and business development and executive vice president of global aftermarket sales.
Mr. Rossi holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a master’s of business administration in corporate finance from the University of Rochester.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kennametal Inc.
Damon Audia is vice president and chief financial officer of Kennametal Inc. In this role, Mr. Audia leads the company’s finance, treasury, accounting and investor relations functions.
Mr. Audia joined Kennametal in September of 2018. Prior to his current role, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Carpenter Technology Corporation. In addition, Mr. Audia spent ten years in various leadership positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company including senior vice president of finance for the company’s North America and Asia Pacific divisions and senior vice president of corporate business development. He has also held financial roles at Delphi Corporation and General Motors.
Mr. Audia holds a master’s of business administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in general studies from the University of Michigan.
Judith L. Bacchus
Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Corporate Relations Officer, Kennametal Inc.
Judith L. Bacchus is vice president, chief human resources and corporate relations officer of Kennametal Inc. In this position, Ms. Bacchus oversees all human resources activities globally spanning nearly 40 countries and leads the company's internal and external corporate communications function worldwide.
Ms. Bacchus joined Kennametal in April 2006. Prior to her current role, she served as vice president human resources for Kennametal’s shared services, growth and segment functions and also led the global talent acquisition team. Before joining Kennametal, Ms. Bacchus was human resources generalist - North America for the Marconi Corporation. She has more than 25 years of experience as a human resource professional.
Ms. Bacchus holds a bachelor of science degree in administration and management from LaRoche College in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Universal Stainless and Alloy Products, Inc.
Vice President, Kennametal Inc. and President, WIDIA
Alexander Broetz is vice president of Kennametal Inc. and president of WIDIA. In this role, he is responsible for managing all business activities related to the WIDIA business segment.
Mr. Broetz joined Kennametal in 2006. Prior to his current role, he served as director of sales for Kennametal’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Before joining Kennametal, Mr. Broetz served as President of Broevision Inc. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions with TYROLIT Swarovski KG including director of marketing and sales and senior program manager. He has more than 20 years of global experience in the industrial industry.
Mr. Broetz holds a general management diploma from St. Galler Business School in Switzerland.
Peter A. Dragich
Vice President, Kennametal Inc. and President, Industrial Segment
Peter A. Dragich is vice president of Kennametal Inc. and president of the company’s industrial segment. In this role, Mr. Dragich has full global responsibility for growth in diverse industries served by Kennametal’s industrial business.
Mr. Dragich joined Kennametal in October 2012. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president and president of Kennametal’s infrastructure segment as well as vice president integrated supply chain and logistics (ISCL). Before joining Kennametal, Mr. Dragich was vice president, global field operations, climate, controls, and security for United Technologies Corporation. He also served in several manufacturing management positions at Ford Motor Company and was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In addition, he has more than 23 years of experience in supply chain management and cross-functional collaboration.
Mr. Dragich holds a bachelor of science degree in operations research and management from Case Western Reserve University and a master's of business administration degree in strategy and operations management from the University of Michigan
Michelle R. Keating
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, Kennametal Inc.
Michelle R. Keating is vice president, secretary and general counsel for Kennametal Inc. In this position, she has global legal responsibility for the company and its legal department and serves as secretary to the board of directors.
Michelle joined Kennametal in 2010. In her previous roles as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary, she was responsible for the company’s SEC and NYSE compliance, corporate governance, legal direction of global mergers and acquisitions, subsidiary management, as well as commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Kennametal, Ms. Keating served as contract manager at WESCO Distribution, where she was responsible for negotiating agreements with the company’s largest customers and suppliers.
Ms. Keating received her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College and her juris doctorate from Duquesne University’s School of Law. She recently served as a member of the board of directors of Kennametal India Limited.
Thomas F. McKee, Jr.
Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Kennametal Inc.
Thomas F. McKee, Jr. is vice president and chief information officer of Kennametal Inc. In this role, he is responsible for leading Kennametal’s information technology function worldwide.
Mr. McKee joined Kennametal in 1981, and has spent over 35 years supporting the company’s various functions. Before serving in his current role, Mr. McKee served as vice president global information technology, where he was responsible for technology strategy, planning, and business integration. In addition, he has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the company’s finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations management, mergers and acquisition and information technology functions.
Mr. McKee holds both a bachelor of science degree in accounting and master's degree in operational excellence from Saint Vincent College, where he is also an adjunct professor. In addition, he is a member of SAP’s advisory council for the industrial machinery and components industry, the SAP Ariba technology advisory board, the Westmoreland County economic growth connection, the Benedictine Leadership Studies Program at Saint Vincent College, and the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group.
Ronald L. Port
Vice President, Kennametal Inc. and President, Infrastructure Segment
Ronald L. Port is vice president of Kennametal Inc. and president of the company’s infrastructure segment. In this position, Mr. Port has full global responsibility for growth in diverse industries served by Kennametal’s infrastructure business.
Mr. Port joined Kennametal in 2015. Prior to his current role, he served as the leader for Kennametal’s global engineered components business within the Infrastructure team.
Before joining Kennametal, Mr. Port served as vice president marketing and business development at SPX Corporation (Flow Industrial). He also held various management positions at Xylem, Inc. and ITT Corporation including vice president and director, treatment business unit, managing director US water and wastewater, and also general manager for Leopold. In addition, he has nearly 25 years of experience across general management, strategy and corporate business development.
Mr. Port holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, master's of business administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's in chemical engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is also a certified Green Belt.
Dr. Carlonda Reilly
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Kennametal Inc.
Carlonda R. Reilly, Ph.D., is vice president and chief technology officer of Kennametal Inc. In this role, she is responsible for leading Kennametal’s global research, development and engineering organization.
Dr. Reilly joined Kennametal in September of 2018. Prior to her current role, she served as global technology director in DuPont’s Transportation and Advanced Polymers business.
Throughout her more than 22-year career at DuPont, Dr. Reilly has held various R&D, operations, marketing and business leadership roles, including serving as global technology director for DuPont’s Building Innovations.
Dr. Reilly holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware. She is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Delaware Research Foundation and is the Director & Chairman of the Kennametal Shared Services Private Limited (KSSPL) Board.
Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller, Kennametal Inc.
Patrick Watson is vice president finance and corporate controller of Kennametal Inc. In this role, Mr. Watson is responsible for the company’s corporate and financial accounting, planning, reporting and controlling.
Mr. Watson joined Kennametal in 2004. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president finance for Kennametal’s industrial business segment, as well as finance director for the company’s European business and director of mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis. Prior to Kennametal, Mr. Watson was employed by Allegheny Energy, Inc. and Eckerd Corporation in which he held financial and supply chain roles.
Mr. Watson holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of Pittsburgh and master’s of business administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
