Herramienta de mandrinado de estator impresa en 3D para el mecanizado de carcasas de motor eléctrico de aluminio.

Esta versión de la herramienta presenta una estructura de brazo de nuevo diseño, un tubo central más grande hecho de fibra de carbono y un peso total de 7,3 kg.

La compleja herramienta es capaz de mecanizar tres diámetros grandes en una sola operación, lo que ahorra tiempo de puesta en marcha y tiempo de mecanizado para los fabricantes de componentes de automoción y ofrece la mayor precisión y calidad superficial.

Al mecanizar tres diámetros en una operación, la herramienta de mandrinado de estator garantiza la alineación y concentricidad de las superficies mecanizadas a la vez que reduce significativamente el tiempo del ciclo.

La ligera herramienta combinada impresa en 3D permite un cambio de herramienta y una aceleración más rápidos, incluso en máquinas menos potentes.
