      • It is important to periodically check the clamping function on a hydraulic chuck with a test pin for clamping clarity.

      • The clamping grip can be checked quickly and easily by placing the correct test pin in the chuck bore and the turning the clamp screw to the limit stop. The chuck is functioning correctly if the testing pin cannot be moved by hand.
