    KC7410

    Composition: Multilayered PVD AlCrN-based coated fine-grain carbide.
    Application: First choice for cast iron. Due to the uniquely developed coating, this grade exhibits extraordinary wear resistance in abrasive materials offering the highest material removal rates.

    Features and benefits

    • KenTIP KC7410™ HPC biedt een lange levensduur en excellente gatkwaliteit in gietijzer.
    • De HPC geometrie biedt excellente centrering en zeer rechte gaten met zijn onderscheidende S-punt geometrie. Met een hoekfase en een extra spaanhoek correctie fase en vier fase geleiding, maakt deze hardmetaalsoort gaten van de hoogste kwaliteit.
    • KC7410 is een multi-layer AlCr-basis coating over fijn grain hardmetaal. Het is uitzonderlijk slijtage bestendig in gietijzer toepassingen door de hoge warmte hardheid.
    • Gebruik KC7410 HPC in grijs gietijzer toepassingen, bij voorkeur alleen bij stabiele processen.
