Fix-Perfect™ 90° • Aluminium
The Fix-Perfect™ 90° series of face mills are designed for high-speed machining of aluminum and non-ferrous materials. The system’s true 90° shoulder ensures accuracy and the ability to perform both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. The full safety-first insert clamping mechanism guarantees stability and reliability during cutting tasks. Additionally, the Fix-Perfect™ 90° incorporates easily adjustable pocket seats specifically designed for fine finishing, and aligning with the PM (Performance Milling), HPM (High-Performance Milling), and HSM (High-Speed Milling) line standards.
