STELLITE™ Additive Powder

 

Le leghe Stellite™ a base di cobalto sono le nostre leghe migliori e più conosciute, con le migliori proprietà "generali". Combinano un'eccellente resistenza all'usura meccanica, specialmente ad alte temperature, con una resistenza alla corrosione molto buona. Le leghe Stellite™ sono prevalentemente a base di cobalto con aggiunte di Cr, C, W e/o Mo.

NISTELLE™ Additive Powder

 

Le leghe Nistelle™ sono progettate per resistere maggiormente alla corrosione piuttosto che all'usura, in ambienti particolarmente soggetti ad aggressione da parte di agenti chimici, in cui il loro elevato contenuto di cromo e molibdeno permette un'eccellente resistenza all'erosione. In base alle proprietà della loro classe sono in generale anche resistenti anche all'ossidazione ad alte temperature e alla corrosione in ambienti con gas caldi.

DELCROME™ Additive Powder

 

The iron-based Delcrome™ alloys were developed to resist abrasive wear at lower temperatures, typically up to 200º C.  These alloys also provide moderate corrosion resistance and metal to metal wear resistance.
