FBXドリル

FBXドリルは耐熱合金製の航空機構造部品の予備加工に最適です。

工具の外径部に4つの大きな切り屑フルートと4枚の有効な切れ刃を備え、大型の金属プレートや鋳造物の大量の切り屑を素早く確実に除去します。

2枚の有効な切れ刃と切り屑スプリッターを備えたセンターインサートにより、理想的な切り屑形成が可能で、最大フィード量を実現します。

フラットボトムドリル先端形状により、径方向に働く力を軽減します。所要動力の低い機械での使用に最適です。

フラットボトムドリル先端形状。外径部の4枚の有効な切れ刃により、穴のプランジ加工で最高の生産性を実現。

4枚の切れ刃を持つスローアウェイインサートにより、切れ刃あたりのコストの低減を実現。

調整可能なクーラントノズルによる効率的な熱管理。

2枚の有効な切れ刃と切り屑スプリッターを備えたセンターインサートにより、最大フィード量を実現。

4つの切り屑フルートにより切り屑排出が容易で、チェーン穴のドリル加工アプリケーションで安定性を最大化。

BTFの追加機能

ボルトテーパーフランジ（BTF）により、工具の剛性を最大化。

モノブロック工具設計と同程度の剛性を備えながら、機械のいずれの側にも接続可能。

ボルトテーパーフランジ工具により、標準のKM4X、HSK、DV、CV、およびBT接続タイプに最大の柔軟性を提供。
