ロミクロンは、4~213mm(0.1575~8.3858")の直径範囲に対応し、最大IT6の穴精度、最大5μmの穴円筒度、最大5μmの穴位置を特徴とします。

ロミクロンは、あらゆる材料に応用可能で、セットアップ時間とスクラップ率を削減すると同時に、全体的な生産性と機器の効率を向上させます。

標準の閉ループボーリングピンを使用して、自動インサート摩耗補正に、既存の機械を簡単に後付けできます。

プローブを使用すると、時間のかかる制御切断、高価な姉妹工具、またはプリセット領域でのインサートの変更を排除できます。

機械内部で直径を調整できます。

直径調整プロセス

  • プローブが実際の直径を測定し、機械制御に伝達します。
  • 機械制御が、実際の直径と目標直径の差を計算し、ロミクロン工具をクリックする必要回数を計算します。
  • その後、スピンドルとロミクロン工具が一緒に閉ループボーリングピンに移動します。ピンはテーブルのどこにでも取り付けることができます。
  • テーブルが直径調整リングの穴の1つとかみ合います。
  • スピンドルは独自の軸を中心に回転し、計算された調整が工具に適用されます。
