Features and benefits
- Die modularen KenTIP Bohrer bieten eine Leistung, die sonst nur mit Vollhartmetall-Bohrwerkzeugen erreicht wird. Die stabilen Plattensitze Schneidkörpersitze garantieren eine hohe Stabilität und lange Standzeiten.
- Die Schneidkörper des KenTIP Bohrsystems sind nicht nachschleifbar – dadurch fallen keine Kosten für die Wiederaufbereitung an, die Leistung bleibt konstant und die Kosten für die Logistik werden im Vergleich zu nachschleifbaren Bohrlösungen erheblich gesenkt.
- Die innere Kühlmittelzuführung erfolgt fast unmittelbar bis an die Schneidkante und resultiert damit in längeren Standzeiten und verbesserten Bohrungsgüten verbunden mit einem exzellenten Spanfluss.
- Der Werkzeugkörper wird mit Schneidkörper-Spannschlüssel geliefert.
