Zusammensetzung: Mittelkörniges Hartmetallsubstrat mit PVD-TiN-TiAlN-Mehrlagenbeschichtung.
Anwendung: Verwendbar für Stahl- und Gusseisen. Diese Sorte bietet ausgezeichnete Verschleißfestigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit bei mittleren Schnittgeschwindigkeiten. Das mittelkörnige Hartmetall sorgt für eine herausragende Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Kantenausbrüche bei metastabilen Bearbeitungsbedingungen.
Features and benefits
- KenTIP FEG Schneidkörper mit Flachbohrer-Geometrie erzeugen 180°-Flachbohrungen — in der Mitte des Bohrungsgrunds bleibt nur ein kleiner Hohlraum zurück. KenTIP bietet leicht zu wechselnde Einwegschneidkörper mit niedrigen Schnittkräften beim Bohren von Flachbohrungen.
- Unabhängig davon, ob es sich um eine Sacklochbohrung, eine Durchgangsbohrung oder eine Senkbohrung handelt, diese Schneidkörper bieten eine hohe Vielseitigkeit und unterstützen Sie auch bei anspruchsvollen Bohrungsbearbeitungen.
- KenTIP FEG Schneidkörper verfügen über eine kleine Zentrierspitze und eine doppelte Führungsfase für eine verbesserte Führung und Bohrungsgeradheit. Die Eckenfase reduziert die Gratbildung und verlängert die Standzeit.
- KCPM45™ vereint ein sehr zähes, feinkörniges Hartmetallsubstrat mit einer weiterentwickelten TiAlN-Mehrlagenbeschichtung. Mit dieser Sorte kann Stahl selbst unter anspruchsvollsten Bedingungen bearbeitet werden.
