    KC7315

    Composition: Multilayered PVD TiN-TiAlN coated fine-grain carbide.
    Application: Applicable for steel and cast iron. This grade offers excellent wear resistance and reliability at intermediate to elevated cutting speeds.

    Features and benefits

    • KSEM KC7315™ HP snijkanten maken hoog spaanvolume en superieure levensduur mogelijk bij staal toepassingen.
    • De HP geometrie biedt een breed en sterk HP model wighoek die afschrikken van materiaal in het centrum voorkomt, maakt hoge voeding mogelijk. Sikkelvormig, afgeronde snijkanten leveren excellente spaanvorming en levensduur, ook in langspanig materiaal.
    • KC7315 is een fijn grain hardmetaal met een TiAlN basis PVD-multilayer coating. De hoge slijtageweerstand maakt zeer hoge snijsnelheden mogelijk bij stabiele condities.
    • KC7315 HP snijkanten zijn perfect geschikt voor boren in gelegeerde en hoog gelegeerde staalsoorten.
    • Gebruik KC7315 HP snijkanten als alternatief voor gietijzer.
