Specially developed for machining titanium and stainless steel, the KSRM platform enables you to pocket, profile, ramp, and plunge with consistent performance providing outstanding metal removal rates. Engineered to provide longer tool life in titanium and stainless steel. Higher clearance on the cutters are ideal for superior chip evacuation and ramping capabilities. Higher rake angles on the inserts provide extremely low cutting forces. Choose from SGEJ and ELEJ for titanium machining and SGDX for martensitic stainless steel and turbine blade applications. The ELEJ are also great for lower cutting forces to avoid built-up edges.
