Boron Carbide Atomizer Nozzles

Boron carbide atomizer nozzles are designed for use in extremely abrasive environments. They are custom made in different geometric configurations and are very hard and wear-resistant.

Spray Drying Nozzles

Our boron carbide and ROCTEC® composite carbide offer extremely long life for your choice of atomizing and spray drying nozzles. We can help you choose which carbide material will be the best choice for your custom made nozzle, based on the nozzle shape and the application.

Centrifuge Nozzles

We offer a wide range of materials to design custom centrifuge nozzles. Choose from our many grades of tungsten carbide, SiAlON, boron carbide, or ROCTEC® composite carbide. Using the right material can save time and money in the application.

Descaling Nozzles

Our descaling nozzles are available in both boron carbide and ROCTEC® composite carbide, which offer long performance life. We'll help you choose the right material based on your nozzle dimension and the application to minimize overall operating costs. 

Slurry Jet Nozzles

Our slurry jet nozzles are designed to withstand the high-pressure abrasive slurries that can wreak havoc on any process. Micro-Abrasive Nozzles

Our micro-abrasive nozzles are excellent for air blasting applications that require a nozzle orifice size of less than 1/8 inch. Custom made from ROCTEC® composite carbide, these nozzles will hold the orifice size to achieve long performance life.
