Official Rules and Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Fully Loaded Machine Shop Makeover (“Sweepstakes”) is limited to legal business entities who enter the Metal Cutting Tour Sign-in form or allow badge scanning at select tradeshows. This Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Kennametal Inc. and subsidiaries and/or affiliates (collectively the "Employees"), as well as members of an Employee's immediate family and/or those living in the same household of the Employees are ineligible to participate.
2. Sponsorship: The sponsor is Kennametal Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 1600 Technology Way, Latrobe, PA, 15650. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in the Official Rules.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor's sole discretion. By entering the Fully Loaded Machine Shope Makeover Giveaway, the Entrant is eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. The Entrant also agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Fully Loaded Machine Shop Makeover Giveaway.
4. Entry Limitations: Limit of one (1) entry per email using only one (1) email address throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entries not selected remain eligible throughout the sweepstakes period. Entrants must submit entry in person at the Metal Cutting Tour Sign-In form or by allowing their badge to be scanned at select tradeshow booths. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Multiple entries received from any business in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Sweepstakes Entry Period: This promotion begins on April 1, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (entries must be received within the time period).
6. RANDOM DRAWING: 3 winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted at the email address provided to enter the contest. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to the Sponsor from the winning sender email address within 3 business days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s). Winner’s acceptance will be subject to acceptance of Sponsor general terms of sale.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, Entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (or portion thereof).
9. The person submitting the form is duly authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of Entrant.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Sweepstakes or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
11. CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
