How to Configure Custom Products
Kennametal's custom product configurator will allow you to make changes to our standard products to fit your needs.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Sign in to your account.
- Use the search bar or browse and filter to find a product that is close to what you need.
- Use the six-dot menu or click the product to see more information.
- Click Configure.
- The web configurator will open and show the standard product characteristics. Make changes to the product to fit your needs. The image will change as well.
- When you’re done, click the green check mark.
- The configured product will be added to your cart where you can see the minimum order quantity, estimated delivery time, pricing, and more.
- Use the three-dot menu to go back to the configuration to make further changes or set quantity breaks to see how the price changes with different lot sizes.
- When you’re satisfied with your cart, you can request a quote.
- After the quote is placed, you will receive a copy of your quote and the drawing via email.
