Meet the Kingswinford RRC Team
The Rapid Response Center (RRC) customer support team provides direct and responsive service to local customers in the Kingswinford, UK area. The team can help with manufacturing and reconditioning needs for simple specials solid carbide drills and end mills.
Orders are received at the RRC via online request forms, phone, fax or email. The RRC team is available 5 days a week, 24 hours a day.
RAY MUGGLETON – Ray has 19 years of experience with Kennametal and is the RRC administrator. He creates all SAP items, including quotes, drawings, and purchase orders for customer requests.
SUZANNE EVANS – Suzanne has 15 years of experience in customer service. She handles getting RRC quotes back to customers within the 24-hour turnaround time the RRC provides.
LUCY DAVIES – Lucy has 13 years of experience in customer service. She manages the quotes and orders for the Kingswinford RRC.
SIMON GOWER – Simon has 8 years of experience in customer service. He specializes in creating quotes and drawings for special holemaking tooling, including solid carbide drills, indexable drills, reamers, and end mills.
