KCPM45
Composition : Carbure à grain moyen avec revêtement multicouche TiN-TiAlN PVD.
Application : Pour la fonte et l'acier. Offre une résistance à l'usure et une fiabilité excellentes à des vitesses de coupe moyennes. Le carbure à granulométrie moyenne offre une résistance sans pareil à l'écaillage en conditions d'usinage peu stables.
Features and benefits
- Nos embouts KenTIP FEG réalisent des trous à fond plat à 180° — il ne reste qu'une petite cavité au centre du fond du trou. La gamme KenTIP comprend des embouts jetables faciles à remplacer avec de faibles efforts de coupe pour vos applications à fond plat.
- Que vous souhaitiez réaliser un trou borgne, débouchant ou un lamage, ces embouts sont conçues pour la polyvalence et vous seront utiles dans toutes vos applications de perçage.
- Les embouts KenTIP FEG présentent une petite pointe de centrage et deux listels pour un meilleur guidage et une rectitude du trou supérieure. Le chanfrein de pointe réduit les bavures et améliore la tenue de coupe.
- La nuance KCPM45™ associe un substrat en carbure à grain fin très tenace et un revêtement multicouche TiAlN avancé. Elle permet d'usiner l'acier dans les conditions les plus exigeantes.
- Utiliser les arêtes de coupe KenTIP FEG KCPM45 comme choix alternatif dans la fonte, l'inox et l'inox.
