RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS. In the event of a warranty claim, products may be returned, D.D.P. Destination, only after receipt of written approval and shipping instructions from Kennametal. The following shall apply to product returns: (1) all products being returned must be in their original packaging and in new and saleable condition, (2) only complete package quantities may be returned, or as packaged as a partial shipment at time of delivery, and (3) all returns made after thirty (30) days of delivery shall be subject to a restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the original purchase price of the returned product. If an order for a custom solution is cancelled or changed, Kennametal shall issue an invoice for all reasonable costs incurred in connection with the order including, but not limited to, any time and materials expended prior to the cancellation or change. The invoice shall be paid in accordance with Kennametal Terms and Conditions and shall not restrict any other legal or equitable rights Kennametal may have.
