溝入れ加工、旋削加工、突っ切り加工の片面システム

Beyond Evolutionは、高圧または低圧クーラント供給に対応します。アクティブクーラント制御機能により工具寿命が延長し、切り屑除去率（MRR）が向上します。3つの接触面を備えた独自のトリプルV字型シートにより機能が安定するほか、振動を最小限に抑え、その結果、優れた表面仕上げを実現します。

  • KCS10B旋削用材種を使用したCFおよびCLブレーカー形状の突っ切りインサートで、耐熱合金加工における耐熱性と耐摩擦性を高め、高速加工を実現
  • KENGold™ PVDコーティング技術を採用したKCU25B汎用旋削材種で、あらゆる切削において精度とパワーを発揮

切り屑分断効果

  • 溝入れ加工、突っ切り加工、および多方向旋削加工のあらゆるアプリケーションにおいて、切り屑排出を向上させます。

トリプルV字型デザイン

  • 上部と下部のV字型 - 正確で確実なインサート位置合わせにより、高い剛性と寸法精度が得られます。
  • V字型バックデザイン - 溝入れ加工、突っ切り加工、多方向旋削加工時の負荷における安定性を誇ります。

拡散効果

  • クーラントはインサートの上部を介して切り屑の下にある切削域に正確に供給され、温度のコントロールが可能です。
