Nuance de carbure revêtu AlTiN (PVD) Le KC522M est conçu pour donner des performances optimales dans les travaux d'usinage général des alliages hautes températures et de l'acier inoxydable. Le KC522M présente une bonne résistance à la rupture et à l'usure, ainsi qu'une dureté accrue.

KC725M
Nuance de carbure dotée d'un revêtement PVD TiAlN avancé. Le KC725M est une nuance hautes performances destinée au fraisage de l'acier, de l'inox et de la fonte ductile. Compte tenu de l'excellente résistance aux chocs thermiques de son substrat, cette nuance convient aussi bien pour l'usinage avec ou sans arrosage. Surtout destinée aux travaux généraux et lourds.
P SteelS High-Temp AlloysM Stainless Steel -
KCK15
Substrat carbure avec revêtement multicouche CVD (TiN/MT TiCN/Al2O3) et traitement après revêtement Beyond™. Le KCK15 est une nuance résistante à l'usure qui offre une ténacité correcte pour les travaux de fraisage généraux dans la fonte à vitesses élevées. Les résultats optimum sont obtenus à sec, mais l'arrosage est également possible.
K Cast Iron -
KCPK30
Substrat carbure avec revêtement multicouche CVD (TiN/TiCN/Al2O3) et traitement après revêtement Beyond™. Le substrat est très tenace. Le KCPK30 peut être utilisé dans toute une gamme d'applications pour le fraisage général et l'ébauche de l'acier et de la fonte. Les résultats optimum sont obtenus à sec, mais l'arrosage est également possible.

KCPM40

Compte tenu de l'excellente résistance aux chocs thermiques de son substrat, cette nuance convient aussi bien pour l'usinage avec ou sans arrosage. Surtout destinée aux travaux généraux et lourds.

Le KCSM40 est une nuance hautes performances destinée au titane, aux superalliages et à l'acier inoxydable. Compte tenu de l'excellente résistance aux chocs thermiques de son substrat, cette nuance est idéale pour l'usinage avec arrosage. Premier choix pour l'ébauche et lors de conditions défavorables.
