The Fix-Perfect finisher milling platform is designed for fine-finishing applications in cast iron and compacted graphite iron (CGI). Engineered with precision and efficiency in mind, this system ensures exceptional performance in achieving superior surface finishes. The ridgid cutter design offers perfect axial runout, eliminating the need for insert adjustment. The high-precision pocket seats deliver excellent floor finish and flatness. Additionally, the Fix-Perfect finisher milling inserts are periphery ground and feature four cutting edges for extended tool life and improved productivity. They are available with sharp or honed cutting edges with wiper facets to enable optimal chip control and precision machining.
